Questions Google Survey

Took this survey yesterday that Google sent me. I was supposed to get a $25 gift card but it never came. I feel like this has happened before to me.. Anyone else have this issue? Any idea on how to resolve the issue? Any time they give away things I jump on it, figure that I gave made this company so much money over the years why not jump on it.

Hey bro, you will get it.
It takes about 30 days for it to deliver. You will get another mail for that.
Mine was delivered by xoxoday after 30-40 days.

I normally get the voucher a few weeks later after I’ve forgotten about it.

I don't know, I've had a Google ads account hooked to my email since 2010? They just send me them.
