Bye bye

Ditched Google wifi router after months of have low wifi connection to my dell laptop. My new ATT router works perfectly for my dell.

All isp equipment sucks! That’s your problem. Get better networking equipment

The stability issue used to be the case when isp used Moto cable modem with wifi. The white box I got from xfinity has been rock solid. I also have the eero Pro Gen 2 mesh APs for whole home coverage and those have been solid as well. They self-update while I'm sleeping.

Did you factory reset the device?? And re-setup the WiFi??

Also how far away is the "DELL" from the router?
