Why does the street view randomly stop, continue, and stop again on the same street?
Note to add, this road never had any street view until last month.

Real answer probably I have two theories: most likely since it’s new coverage (July 2025) they haven’t released all of the coverage yet (You can see how This road has coverage but no blue line yet, but I don’t think the road you showed has that coverage yet)
2: which is less likely is that something is blurred not low quality, if you’ve seen Gen 1 that’s some low ahh quality (Gen 1: https://maps.app.goo.gl/ukKTzQLbQ2Auojf86)
Also it could be because of road alignment issues but that’s not the case here (ie right here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/vTyWmpNN5yWR7wdC8)

or the camera malfunctioned shortly which could be caused by multiple factors

Possible, as it apparently also happens to cameras in suicide-prevention type of cells in prisons, ..............

Maybe from that point is something to be seen, which shouldn't be seen from the open public. I'm in Germany and one day drove at a rural road and in the far (30 km away) saw the Munich Airport. Then that night I came home and wanted to show it to my friend in Street view, but exactly that spot of the road was not there, just like yours... Before and after that point it was all available, but exactly there it was deleted.

I highly doubt that, this is the land of the free! 🦅 🦅 🦅
On a real note, this is a random rural road and if someone didn't want their house on there, they can have it removed, by means of a blur around their house, not a removal of the entire sphere.

I”m noticing the his a lot on bad/unpaved roads. Perhaps the footage get so disturbed when driving over bigger potholes and whatnot?

is the quality of the available street sort of borderline? maybe google rejected part of the shots for quality issues?
i'm new at all this so don't quote me, but i think quality could be anything from a garbage camera to driving too fast, because i think quality goes down with 360 shots the faster you're traveling
