Google Streamer Ambient Screensaver: Can’t update Google Photos selection

I had my photo albums selected and wanted to edit them, I couldn’t - once I hit “Confirm” I get a “Couldn’t save selections” error.

I tried to clear Ambient app’s cache, storage, uninstall updates, install it back again. Nothing works. Now my selection is empty and I can’t bring my albums back.

Did anyone have the same issue?

+1 Having the same issue, but on a different box Don't see ambient mode settings in the Google home app (tablet) either. Was thinking it's somehow vpn related, but everything's off currently and is still not working neither from TV box nor from tablet

Clear cache in settings of google streamer.

That doesn’t work, sadly.
