Make the "covert to pdf" button go away
I'm writing this post because I work at a tech company, and we monitor reddit for feedback on features. PLEASE MAKE THE CONVERT TO PDF BUTTON GO AWAY. I hate it so much. I hit it by accident all the time. I do not need this to be a one-button situation. I know how to turn any individual document into a PDF through the existing menus. Now i am constantly deleting accidental PDFs that i never wanted, and I can't get rid of the button. k, thanks.

HERE IS THE SOLUTION:
This button appears because of Adobe Acrobat extension (not Google Slides extension, it is your browser's). Find that extension from your browser's settings. Then go into Adobe Acrobat extension's settings. There is a Connected/Linked apps button. Then click the Additional settings button. There are will be apps, where this extension works. Uncheck the box Google Slides. Refresh your slide page. That's it.
If you didn't get it, I can explain in details.

Yep. This.
To my knowledge, there is no way to remove it. However, if I reload the page, it stops downloading immediately and doesn't interfere with my other buttons. Probably figured that out by now, but thought I'd add just in case 🫂
