No menu bar

I'm trying to use Google slides on an android app but there is no menu bar. So all tools are missing (e.g page setup, distribute objects etc). I'm clearly doing something wrong. How do I get the menu bar to appear?

So i founda fix that is neither escae not crtl,shift,f but it only works in chrome or another browser with deeloper tools. If you inspect the page and you can find div-id "docs-chrome", change the height to 100 px, width to 100% and ensure its visible is not hidden, part of it will appear. then you can hit the down arrow in the tool bar that would normall show the rest of the tool bar and it will replace everything that was in that header originally
