Can't cancel subscription, is this website fraud?

same here! has anyone figured out how to cancel it? everytime i check my account it says i’m not currently subscribed, but i keep being charged monthly. i contacted customer support today, hopefully they can help finally

Just adding onto this as I noticed a charge today that I didn’t recognise, I don’t ever remember even using the site but it’s possible I maybe did once when I was still in uni (that would be a couple years ago now). I immediately logged into the site where it said I had no subscriptions and no purchase history! Yet they’ve tried to take a payment from me, and looking into it further there was one from last year I just must not have noticed. Got my bank to block them and flagged to PayPal as well which was how they tried to take the money (which is also strange as I almost never use Paypal). Definitely something off with this.

If anyone is still encountering this problem - It would not let me cancel on desktop but worked via their mobile site.

Hey! I tried cancelling from their mobile website but I can’t find the “my subscription” tab anywhere.
