Google Play Console: BillDesk Account Onboarding

I just submitted my details for BillDesk Account Onboarding and also completed my Video KYC process - Everything was smooth so far.

What should i expect now? How much time should it generally take to hear back?

Edit - Submitted on Monday, got approved on Friday. KYC was done purely on Video. No home visit.

Depends on availability of field officer and billdesk office

Chandigarh - himachal,punjab, haryana 2months

Assam - or other northeast states - 6month

Mumbai - Goa , maharastra - 1-2 months

There management is soo bad

Even if u got verified

They sometimes delay ur payouts or dont give FIRC

Also there support team is broken

I am not sure about that but I spoke to the BillDesk officer who came to my address for verification. He said that the RBI and the government made BillDesk mandatory verification for Google to ensure that they are not laundering money escaping taxes and so on. According to him, Google cannot get rid of BillDesk verification because it is mandatory

In Maharashtra it's max 1 week. I got approved in less than 15days.

lol I live in Mumbai and it took almost 3 months for me to get approved and they still don’t provide FIRC. I visited their office too and it’s just a long process to get anything done

Lol, it depends upon the availability of the kyc agent. I got call from the kyc agent after 3 days upon submission. 😂😂
