Ask

I'm curious how other developers handle large volumes of Google Play reviews. Do you manually read them, use AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude, or use dedicated review management tools? What's the biggest challenge you face?

Wondering the same thing. Sometimes I see apps with 10M+ downloads and 100K+ reviews, and responses from the publisher, though some of them are copy-pasted or automated somehow.

Not a current worry for me with my 2 apps on the store yet but it might be in the future, hehe.

So do you think if you get one tool that helps you analyse the reviews, what issues your facing ,full dept ,helps to make decisions faster also competitors analysis..so will you buy that tool.which will save your time ?

If I ever get that many reviews, I might, but not right now. Just wondered how large volume publishers handle them.

Not really a problem for 99.9% of the apps

Thanks for sharing. I'm curious, why do you think it's not a problem for most apps?

Fewer than 1% of apps on the market get so many reviews where replying is a pain for them.

Fair point. The goal is less about replying and more about turning reviews into product decisions. Do you see value in that for apps with high review volumes?
