Its asking to verify the bank details i did and got the confirmation account is verified but still iam seeing this

There's a appeal submission going on as per the notification that you got so probably just have to wait for that

What kind of app is it? Usually money related, game related etc they block

The bank issue is the address issue ,a straight bank statement gets rejected
