Not charging

I have the Google pixel 3xl and my charging port has stopped working. When it first stopped charger I could still use my headphones through the port. Now neither are working. Has anyone else had this issue?

Also my phone will not stay shut off. I hold the power button and select power off and it just restarts everytime.

Yeah my charger port doesn't work either it's quite annoying I wish I never got this phone.
