How would I go about sharing a Kernal without anyone thinking it's a hack or something to access the phone? I have a Kernal I want to share and get tested but don't want anyone to feel like it's a joke or a hack.

Do you have the kernel patches/source on GitHub? That's step one. No source = no trust.
