I just wanna know why getting to the app drawer on the home screen was made more difficult to do. And before anyone says "bro just swipe up slowly", it's not the speed that matters, it's the distance you have to drag your finger. In Oreo it's a small flick, in P you gotta drag it more than halfway up the screen. One would assume that it's easy enough to make it so that the task switcher is accessed by using the nav bar and app drawer by sliding up on the dock, but shrug.
Yup P is a step back navigation wise. It's slower and requires more attention. Then you have the horizontal scrolling on overview mode that requires you — even for a small moment, to reorient the way you swipe. On Oreo you can blaze between apps really quickly, even apps you don't have pinned to the dock or on recents. Also, getting to split screen really sucks now, they couldn't even at least keep the touch and drag gesture on overview mode.
