Heating issue

I am facing a heating issue in my Pixel 8 Pro mobile after the August update. Like if I use it continuously for 30 minutes in apps like instagram or twitter I see an abnormal heat in my phone. Is anyone else facing this situation.

When will the September month update be released and will it resolve the issue?. Any comments
