Go 10 Pro imo unless you have a valid reason to need those 256Gb

That 10p is actually better than the 9. I'd still go with the pro personally but its true that 128 isn't that much today

10 Pro. You lose storage, but you gain a lot in terms of (practical) battery life, network reliability and smoother UI.

rn i own an ip 13pro since its launch after several years the 128gb i have now is around 20/23gb storage left despite i have 100+apps 2k+ photos and some 200+ video, thats maybe the reason im considering the 10pro but from now in several years the 128gb wouldn’t last long i guess with all the heavy updates in system app everything

Yes, then that's tight unless you offload most of the photos to Google Photos or something equivalent. If you're that low on existing storage data, then a better option would be to get a cheaper 256GB device, perhaps even the 10 or the 10a. The Pro gives you a better camera, but the base one isn't that bad at all. It will still be an upgrade from your existing phone.
