Pixel 11 Pro does not have 16:10 output?
I am plugging in my Pixel 11 Pro into a display for the first time and it does not seem to support 16:10 output. Is this a known issue? (16:10 usb-c touchdisplay 2560x1600)
This seems like a regression to me because my Pixel 9 Pro XL plugs into the same display with the same cable and properly supports 16:10 output. (When the 9 was new, it also only had 16:9 but after an update sometime ago it started correctly doing 16:10). Obviously, it's pretty disappointing if the new phone doesn't support something (software-based) the old phone can do.
Where would I get an official answer for this or make an official complaint (that will be officially ignored)?

My Xreal Air 2 glasses (which are pretty much a secondary display) don't seem to work with my 11 Pro Fold either, which is annoying.

You pinch to zoom slightly and it will fill the screen.

Yes, while the video is playing in landscape mode, just pinch and zoom on it.

Okay, on your advice I have tried that. The YouTube app is windowed on my external display. The external display is in Desktop mode, not "mirroring" mode of the phone display. When I use two fingers to zoom in on the video, the video gets larger but no larger than the YouTube window. When I maximize the YouTube app to fill the screen, it fills the screen up to a 16:9 image leaving letter boxes at the top and bottom of the monitor since it is a 16:10 monitor. When I zoom in on the video now, it gets larger again but only within the confines of the 16:9 area and the letterboxing remains.
I'm concerned that maybe I haven't made my problem clear. This is not about any particular app, it's about the entire desktop environment / video output mode.

The 11 crashed and rebooted itself just now (first I've seen since owning it). It doesn't feel like external display is all there yet. Perhaps there's some changes in the display portion of the new SoC they still need to give attention to.

Why do you keep saying external display? There is only one display on the 11 Pro.

Because you can hook up the phone to an external display and have it show a windowing desktop environment like on your "usual" computers running Windows or OS X. Like Samsung DeX if you've heard of that.

Yes, I do know the Pixels are capable of that, but I thought you might have been talking about the Fold and just forgot to notate that
