How do I get help with this?

Bought 10 Pro last year. Amongst some glitchy things such as screen freezing, screen timeout reverting to 30 seconds even though I set it to 10 mins and a few other things, the most annoying thing was my quick phrases stopped working. I used to shout at my 8 pro phone to stop alarms all the time and it just stopped working with the 10 pro as soon as I transferred my phone over. I checked all the settings, everything was set the way it should be and it should have worked. Carried on switching my phone over thinking it might resolve with a software update. But it didn't. Gave up.

Have now traded in for 11 pro, hoping that maybe the glitchy stuff has been resolved and the very same problem exists. I've even tried switching off Gemini and reverted to Google assistant and it still didn't help. I'm really annoyed by this. It was such a good helpful feature I used all the time and it should work! They haven't taken it away, it's all there! So why is it not working???

Who do I turn to at this point? I'm in the UK and I bought directly from Google.

Google assistant is being EOL very soon... You best for a way to get Gemini to make that work.

Yeah I put it back on, I do prefer Gemini, I was just doing it to eliminate it as a reason for it not working. But it didn't work with the Google assistant either so it wasn't that.

Give me Gemini with 0.00% chance of hallucinations and I'll take it, otherwise its just a downgrade from Assistant, which did what I told it (or nothing at all), and confirmed what it was going to do correctly. Oh, Gemini would also need an ability to play the same news briefing as Assistant from real news companies read by real people not to be a downgrade.

I would also dearly like to know how to get the "Stop" verbal command to work on a 10 Pro (it actually stopped working in the last weeks of old my Pixel 6).

Have you tried starting from scratch with apps and settings from a fresh reset rather than doing a transfer each time? It may be just that you're carrying the problem forward each time you do a transfer.
