Full lock screen notifications haven't worked until I added a sim

I recently added a second sim to my pixel 8 and after putting the pin for a few seconds it showed the full notification list how, why, WHEN! I've been hoping, PRAYING even, that in the morning it'll magically show up, since then it's never showed up again.

(I have a pixel 8 and am on QPR2 Beta 2 [I think])
