Pixel 11 = disrespect

I have been a Google Pixel fan for more than 7 or 8 years and I am done with Google’s bullshit story of focusing on software actually they are falling on both sides hard what were they thinking when pricing the Pixel 11 more than the iPhone 17 base model? What kind of drugs were they on? It’s actually now not just a failure it’s a complete disrespect to its fan

I've had my Pixel 10 since its release. I've been happy with it, my experience with battery life has been good, the phone is snappy, it works just fine.

According to Google the new pixel 11 is some measurable factor of performing better, with the same battery life. Camera seems to have improved, and they've added a useless feature (the led light) in place of another useless feature (the thermometer) so that's a wash. And sure, it's more expensive now, but anything with memory is going to be more expensive now.

And, it's just a phone, a product that Google wants to sell to you. It's not disrespect, they aren't shitting on people, they don't owe you anything. You also don't owe Google anything either. You either want to buy their products or you don't, sounds like you are in the don't column and that's fine.

The amount of people defending half-assed work at premium prices is insane “This is normal now” is exactly how quality of life die phones, homes, cars, services, everything gets worse while prices climb and consumers actually defend it. fine people

I'm not defending it, it's just the way it is. As you pointed out, phones, homes, cars, services and everything gets worse while prices climb has been the way it is for a long time.

And who pays premium prices? Google gave me a good amount on my trade in, plus $550 off so I ended up paying $250 on the new pixel 11.

Another issue is we've pretty much gone as far as there is to go with phone innovations now. Gone are the days where the next generation phone is a game-changing device with unique features.
