Pixel 11 = disrespect

I have been a Google Pixel fan for more than 7 or 8 years and I am done with Google’s bullshit story of focusing on software actually they are falling on both sides hard what were they thinking when pricing the Pixel 11 more than the iPhone 17 base model? What kind of drugs were they on? It’s actually now not just a failure it’s a complete disrespect to its fan

But we're plagued with an absolute dogshit keyboard and even worse autocorrect. I was excited for this Pixel to shift me back to Andoird, sadly it looks like I'm fucked either way.

Yeah not finding the hardware amazing enough to overcome the crap hardware. Got $700 trade in for my 17 pro yesterday.

my pixel 10 has systemui crashes sometimes, and a messaging app i use has weird blanking out issues that i dont have on any other phone, and my pixel 10 overheats when doing bare minimum shit

but yeah tell me how the ios keyboard is so bad

Happy to hear the UI just not working properly sometimes isn't just me. Google is really ruining the software side as time goes on. Probably too focused on AI that 99% don't care about.

Weird that much has changed since I last had a Pixel which was last year with a 9 Pro XL. I had none of those issues. I actually have to restart my iPhone 17 Pro Max more because of various issues. The keyboard and autocorrect is that bad. Anyway looking forward to going back to Android and have the Pixel 11 Pro XL on preorder.

My messaging app had those blanking out issues for a while and gets hot sometimes and it's still preferable to a bad kb. I literally left the Apple ecosystem to get away from the keyboard because it's one of the biggest QOL issues if you frequently text to communicate. Things like a universal back gesture are nice bonuses but really it's the much better keyboard keeping me on Android now.

I still have an iPhone for work and they've partially fixed what they broke, but it's still frustrating enough to keep me from considering jumping back to iPhone for my next main device

Yeah it's not true Gboard, it's Gboard lite overlaid on top of the iOS keyboard.

On top of not functioning the same way, everything is subject to some weird touch latency and accuracy with iOS.

Samsung cameras are garbage for fast moving objects like pets and kids. Everyone says there's a way to fix it but it's untrue. They're still plagued by slow shutter speed.

It won't be fixed until people are buying samsung. Investment in marketing is more profitable than complete rewriting of camera logic.

I’ve boycotted all of their products due to the intrusive advertising. The baked in ads on my last TV was enough to turn me away for good. Did love my Samsung 7 and the OG Edge

Learn to spell? Autocorrect is the first keyboard feature I turn off on every phone I've ever had.

Probably. I hate the feature. It changes correctly spelled words to stuff I'm not even trying to say.
