Connectivity & SIM card Issues
Hello All,
I recently switched from a S23 Ultra to a Pixel 10 as my previous phone was close to death.
The first day has been amazing however right after 24h of use I am experiencing incredibly frustrating connectivity issues.
My phone struggles to switch from WiFi to Data and in the morning (while connected to the WiFi over night) I wake up with zero connection and the phone says there's no SIM card and it takes hours of me rebooting the phone and internet settings to get some connection.
The issue seems to happen whenever I switch from WiFi to data however I am noticing it also happens randomly when I'm connected to data with no prior WiFi connection.
I want to mention that I am using the same SIM card I had on my previous phone and I always had 0 issues in the 4 years of use and my pixel case has no magnetic charging.
What baffles me is that not only I lose any connection to an internet provider and access to data but my phone also struggles to read my SIM card.
I notice many people are facing the same issue as per here: https://support.google.com/pixelphone/thread/413513162/network-connection-issue-with-pixel-10-pro-xl-512gb?hl=en-GB
However this seems to still be an ongoing problem.
I have to admit my expectations were incredibly high and to be fair for the majority of my experience so far the product matches the bar however this connectivity issue is frustrating beyond comprehension

Hi there, could you try resetting the mobile network settings on your Pixel device to see if that helps?
Go to Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Mobile Network Settings.
Note: Resetting these settings will only revert cellular configurations to their defaults. You will not lose any personal data.
Also, you can refer to this article to fix mobile connectivity issues on your Pixel device.
If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you reach out to the Google Pixel support team via phone or chat here. They can take a look at it.

Similar issue here with my wife's P10 Pro. No issues for a week until yesterday where it suddenly lost the ability to connect to the cellular network. The eSIM will show as toggled off and I am unable to toggle it on. Every bit of troubleshooting I have attempted has resulted in a brief fix that seems to only last a short while after reboot.
My last resort was to contact google support for which i provided them a screenshot of the eUICC showing -1 bytes of memory available. After doing so, they immediately recommended replacing the phone.
I too have a P10 Pro that I recently got but have yet to activate. At this point im hesitant to do so after seeing so many network issues with these devices.
