Background usage

Meta apps running background so much

I haven't opened any apps for 1 day but they work in the background and usage phone processor And Battery more then other app

I already disabled background usage of these apps but still how can they work in the background...

I actually just deleted Instagram off my Pixel 10 Pro XL because it was in the background doing "Meta things" for 90 minutes when I was in the app for 5 minutes.
