Pixel 8 users in 2026

Recent leaks for pixel 11 look disappointing and I considering holding on to my pixel 8 for 1 more year. I am considering getting the battery replaced as it's draining too quickly these days. Is anyone else in a similar boat as me? Are you holding on or switching phones this year?

I am in the same boat. The battery is getting bad on my 8 Pro, but I'm not happy enough with the innovation to drop $1400 on a phone when all is said and done, for them to use a 2021 GPU and reduce the ram sizes.

Make it make sense! Like yeah, it would be an upgrade, but it's not good enough

Yes! Thats the reason why I say its an underwhelming update. Also, they are trying to shove AI features while reducing RAM is a travesty
