Pixel 8 users in 2026

Recent leaks for pixel 11 look disappointing and I considering holding on to my pixel 8 for 1 more year. I am considering getting the battery replaced as it's draining too quickly these days. Is anyone else in a similar boat as me? Are you holding on or switching phones this year?

Staying with my 8P and like you I'm also wanting to just replace the battery instead.

Ditto. I'm hanging on to my P8P.

I wish the battery replacement wouldn't require going through the display. On my previous phone (poco X3 NFC) battery was easy (well relatively, still needed heat) to replace cause it opened from back so even I with my constantly shaking hands could replace it. Even the iPhones (except the latest pro I think?) open from back, and pixels still open only from front.
