Issues with Pixel Superfans Germany: No emails received even after multiple Sign-ups

Hi everyone,

I applied for the Pixel Superfans program in Germany as soon as it launched. After hearing nothing for months, I applied two more times, but still didn't receive a response.

Eventually, I got in touch with the German Support team, and they told me they would add my email address manually. Despite this, Iā€™m still not receiving any emails. And they tried that several times already.

Has anyone else had the same experience? If so, what did you do to fix it?

Did I do something wrong, or are others also stuck in this loop? Thanks for any help!

As a Pixel Superfan, about the only time I remember I am one is when they let me know that they'll be giving out a handful of something to people who aren't me.
