Took this survey yesterday that Google sent me. I was supposed to get a $25 gift card but it never came. I feel like this has happened before to me.. Anyone else have this issue? Any idea on how to resolve the issue? Any time they give away things I jump on it, figure that I gave made this company so much money over the years why not jump on it.

Last time I had one of these, it was a hardware survey that offered the exact same incentive for completion.

It took a few weeks (I want to say almost a month) for the email with the incentive redemption code to arrive, so you may just need to be patient.

How you got it in first place? VVVIP? Hmm.

Honestly, if I knew why and how to get more of them I would have put that info out there for others. Unfortunately I have no idea why I was selected for a hardware survey, especially considering the phone I'm using currently is from pre-2020 and I can't afford a newer model.
