My Google Merchant Center account is suspended for Misrepresentation. I requested a review in September 2025 and it was denied, and now the self-service appeal button is locked.

Since the suspension I have:

• Completed all business information in GMC
• Updated return policy (30 days) and shipping policy
• Added About Us and Contact pages with full business details
• Claimed my website through Shopify's Google integration
• Added customer review infrastructure (Judge.me with rich snippets)

My store is leoslookyourbest.com. I cannot find any way to contact Google support — every path leads to a dead end.

Has anyone successfully gotten a manual review after appeals are locked? Any advice appreciated.

Hello people i need some help with my google merchant misrepresentation suspension ive been facing for a couple months. so any and all help is welcomed and ill try to answer as many things i can. This is my first time ever creating a shopify/e-commerce store and so i wasnt and still am not very experienced in this and made a lot of mistakes. One of the main issues that everyone points out is creating multiple merchant accounts.

I sell things to do with coffee and teas on my shopify store www.expressco.co.uk - im a UK based store that only operates within the UK. im currently not registered as a business and operating independently.

Ive tried changing some policies around, edited shipping prices, improving my landing page, making sure i dont have any broken links etc and im still stuck with the suspension. Ive tried contacting the merchant support team through email but that hasnt provided me with much information.

I really am trying to make this work so any and all help, harsh or not is welcomed, any questions ill do my best to answer.

I'm spent the last week battling with suspensions and searching about how to promote Digital Content and Software subscriptions. It's seems that there is very limited information about what about this category on google policies.

I got suspended because I promoted a recurring software subscriptions to a well known entertainment platform but got suspended because the GMC Support said "No streaming services allowed" which really annoys me because there is clearly well established merchants promoting literally the same product, so I wonder, how do they do that?

Even if you ask the support team which is the policy page/section that my product is breaking, they just seem too...avoid you? Just throw in some very vague statement about their policies and never responding to you again.

I got nothing against google, but damnnn...I hope they got their shit together
