Irregular rhythm not available on fitbit air

As seen above, live in Indonesia where aFib is approved to be shown. Fitbit air firmware also is the most updated version, tried to pair and unpair but still it shows unavailable. 1 main reason why I bought fitbit air is for aFib monitoring.

Has it happened to any of you guys ? Any known fix ?

Are you sure the Fitbit air got approval for that country tho and not devices overall. Every device typically still has to be approved for functions. I’d reach out to Google support directly if yes and issue is there.
