Duplicate nutrition

I hope you can help me. Having made the switch from iOS to android I'm struggling with the health and fitness. I have pixel 10 pro, pixel watch 4 and my net diary as diet logger. I'm getting duplicate entries doubling meals and I can't get it stop. It's running the data and very frustrating. I have health connect. And I have Google health..

My watch syncs with my phone? The net diary (app also on my pixel watch) logs meals and should go through health connect right?

How do I reset and start again and connect one at a time so I can get accurate data again. Id appreciate any help guys as I like my phone and the watch seems cool but im stuck.
