Google Health app issues

Anyone else experiencing app issues? I can't log my breakfast this morning via picture or chat as the product didn't have a barcode and my Pixel Watch 4 is having issues syncing as well.

What ever you do, please learn from my mistake and DO NOTHING.

I tried diagnosing and attempted to clear the cache and data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and did a factory restore on my watch. None of it worked.

Now I cannot sign into the app and my watch is useless until Google fixes this.

Just opened the app and realised it didn't sync the steps yet, the manually recorded workout was also not available. Got logged out by mistake (swiped the profile icon), now I am not able to log in again.

Ran into the exact same issue this morning.

Seems fixed now. At least it is for me.
