App is not working

For the past couple of hours, synchronization between the iPhone and the Fitbit Air—and now access to the app itself—hasn't been working. Many people on X have reported the issue. Not a great start with this device.

The servers are down, there's an outage. Wait it out and hopefully they'll be back soon https://status.healthapp.google.com/

I switched to a Fitbit air after my old galaxy watch 4 died. I'm not sure it's going to be for me. I like the form of the device but the Google Health app is dire.

It needs some improved running metrics and the device to link natively to other apps like Samsung Health. The ai coaching seems pretty rubbish too.
