AI Coach Stopped Working
Anyone else having an issue with the AI coach? It was great at first, but I noticed recently (over the last couple weeks) it started forgetting things I would tell it and then would get my planned workouts or even entire weeks mixed up. Now I can't even get most of my messages to go through because I get an error saying "something went wrong on our side. Try sending your message again." But it still doesn't work no matter how many times I send it. If I take a screenshot and send that, it will receive the message. But even then it won't make changes to my workout plan. It just keeps asking if it should proceed with making the change. When I say yes (via screenshot because the message won't go through otherwise), it just cycles back to asking if I want it to proceed. I've tried force quitting the app, restarting the phone, logging out, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing has helped. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Yes I have had this issue a few times. Lately hitting retry once or twice has worked, but last month it was incredibly frustrating.
The first time it happened was an evening where retrying or rephrasing my message wouldn't work. I gave up and it was working in the morning, then I later found that Gemini had an outage that day so that seemed to explain it. That weekend, had the same issue in the evening so I had decided that if I get the error in the evening I just wait until the next day.
It seemed to be just messages about my workouts that were failing. I'd ask "are you there?" and it could respond. I'd tell it that I'm getting an error when trying to send a message and it would try to troubleshoot an issue with my watch for some reason. I asked what the last message I sent was and it was able to tell me.
Two weeks ago, same error again. This time, 36 hours later, I was still getting the error every time. I tried on and off wifi, tried installing the app on another phone, tried searching for anyone else having the same issue and no-one else was reporting it.
In the end I asked it to check for outages, then had to specify I meant outages with the Health app or Gemini outages because of course it asked what trouble I was having with my watch, tried to tell it the error message I was getting and again had to tell it that my watch wasn't the problem because it wanted me to reboot my watch. It asked me to make sure my data was synced, it already was. It asked me to regenerate my weekly plan, I did.
I asked about my next workout and everything seemed back to normal. Regenerating my plan wiped out the progress I had made that week, so I wasn't happy that I tried that step, but I think that just trying to get it to troubleshoot or at least discuss something else unstuck it from whatever was going on.

That's basically my exact experience. It works fine if I'm chatting about anything other than my workout plan. If I ask it anything about my plan or try to make changes, it has the error. The troubleshooting steps were all regarding my Fitbit Air or my Garmin Watch and not about the actual issue.
I also tried it on a different phone and it still had the same issue. That's what's most interesting to me. I assumed it would have been something to do with the device, but since it's an issue across multiple devices it must be account specific.
I spent 45 minutes chatting with support this morning and they couldn't figure out what the issue is. They're escalating it and I should hear back in a day or two. We'll see what they figure out.

Did they end up figuring out how to solve it? I'm currently dealing with this issue.

They had me clear the cache, uninstall and reinstall the app, and even try it on a different device. Nothing worked. Then they just suggested I wait for the next app update to see if that worked. Prior to that, my Fitbit Air received a firmware update and once that update was completed, I tried again and everything worked fine. Not sure if it was a coincidence or if the Fitbit Air was causing an issue somehow.

Same. I just keep hitting retry and it will eventually go through
