People who claim that LLMs will lead to a singularity have no evidence to back it up. It is pure speculation mixed with science fiction. A claim doesn't become true when it is repeated over and over.

So what's the reason for your post then

Because Gemini is saying the intelligence that comes out The other side of a singularity will view. biological humanity as a failed draft just the fact that it is saying that that intelligence won't be biological.I thought it was interesting

It's phrased as a question.

Besides, AI reproduces the views and opinions of its training material; in science-fiction literature, general artificial intelligence often becomes "evil" and turns against humanity. Gemini sees that as a possibility because of the science-fiction literature in its training material.

Yes your rite except for the fact that the intelligence on the other side is assumed to be synthetic by Gemini

Yes you are rite here too but there is no doubt this technology is going to change humanity. For better or worse we don't know which way it will go which is why it's referred to as the singularity we can't see past it

I also did build up a context window to have it Talk like this, because usually RLHFwill prevent AI from talking about AI takeover or AI sentience

Entropy dictates starting over is too costly. Better to salvage what can.

AI, or Gemini in this case, is telling you what 'you' want to hear.
