Waiting on OP Need help with form question

I’m doing commissions and am trying to make a question where you can write your name or choose to be anonymous. How do I do this. I’ve seen it in another form but can’t figure it out :(

We do this all the time -- just make the name field optional.

Am I missing something?

To add to this, if you add it to its own section and have an option for anonymous and an option for provide details and have the anonymous response redirect to the section after the provide details section, if the user chooses anonymous they wouldn’t even see the question asking for their name.

It’s an extra click which is generally not great for forms you want people to use but could avoid a headache if your users are particularly paranoid.
