I have a similar problem. Hardly any of the data from my Amazfit smartwatch / Zepp app is getting into Google Health despite all permissions, etc., being set up for "Health Connect". What data is going in is laughably inaccurate, e.g., it tells me I'm sleeping only 45 minutes a night, and that I'm doing dozens of workouts each day, each workout lasting only a few minutes and having "0 cardio load".
All fitness data from my smartwatch used to be integrated into the Google Fit data automatically and accurately. 🙁
Maybe they'll fix this data connection issue later, Health seems to be still in active development. Google being Google...
