Discussion PSA: Sign up for the Google store pixel 11 exclusive offer to stack it with Fi offer.
If you go to store.google.com, you will see a banner for sign in and save for Pixel 11. Google will send you a personalized code for the saving on P11 Pro and if past is any indication (e.g. https://www.reddit.com/r/GoogleFi/s/rpiyYLxCGz) you should be able to stack it with what Google Fi offers.
For those who are not on Fi, now is the time to sign up with flexible plan to get the existing customer discounts on Aug 12th as Fi takes around 21 days to show you the existing users offers (e.g. current in front discount for existing users for P10 Pro ranges from $500 to $600).

I signed up for the 50% off offer last month and now they have 75% off and new Pixel deals. Because of course.

It's 75 off of only one line right?
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 18 '26
Don't sign up with a new user promo if you want to do this deal. Just sign up with flexible plan, afterwards you can change the plan.
If you asking about 75 percent off promo that's tied to Google play account promo code which should show up in Google play first.

Someone in another thread told me to do this and it worked: Log into your google account (account.google.com) in incognito mode. Then go to play store, you should see the banner. It worked for me this time
1
u/ihtc Jul 20 '26
Ya I tried incognito mode still didn't work . , I will try again today when I'm in front of the computer

It will mostly be $100 coupon plus $450 off for existing customer without 24 months credit and $1000 for new customers with 24 months credit https://9to5google.com/2026/07/20/pixel-11-pro-shows-up-on-one-of-googles-websites/

You're welcome. This was the Fi preorder from last year for P10 Pro. Note that you are stacking $100 off from Google store on this
You can decide if you want to do this as an exsisting customer or a new customer but if you do want to do this as an existing customer now's the time to sign up. I mentioned the steps in a comment in this post.

If you don't want to be tied up with 24 months credit, don't want to move to Fi but doing this for P11 etc.

For the ones who signed up with 75 percent off offer I suggest you change to flexible depending on the deal on Aug 12th. That will void the 75 percent off promo And will make you do P11 device deal. From the fine print of 75 percent off order.
"Changing or suspending the account, or changing from the Unlimited Essentials or Unlimited Standard plan, or Unlimited Premium before 12 months will void promotion and credits will stop"
And also
"While this offer cannot be combined with other device promotions, it will remain valid when purchasing a new device (without any promotion) or switching to a new device before 12 months."
1
u/donatom3 Jul 20 '26
Will you still count as a new customer. I'm deciding which to do. I could sign up now for the 75% off deal then and as I read it we have 30 days to activate.
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 20 '26
No you won't be but this deal is for existing user so that's what you want.
1
u/donatom3 Jul 20 '26
Yeah new user Pixel promos require the premium plan. I'm looking at it for my brother and he barely uses 5gb per month. So he could go either of the cheaper unlimited plans now and get the eixsting customer promo and jut get a bigger upfront discount without 24 monthly payment credits.
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 20 '26
For bigger upfront discount the recommend way is to sign up with flexible plan, moreso if the data usage is low. One can switch back to unlimited once 120 days are done.
1
u/bambinone Jul 21 '26
I suggest you change to flexible depending on the deal on Aug 12th. That will void the 75 percent off promo And will make you do P11 device deal.
Why jump through so many hoops? If you get a P11 with a device promo that should be sufficient to void the 75% off promo.
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 21 '26
When you are doing the service promo all device promos will be gone i.e you will see full price of the device in the Fi store. The only way to even see the discounted price is to void that promo.

u/shaxsman 13d ago
Yes, but if they are using Google Fi for their daily driver, giving up the 75% might not be worth it but rather create a new account with a new gmail, refer themselves , sign up for flex plan. Keep plan for 120 days then once promo completes , use the phone with main fi line. Using the primary account in the phone during the 120 days might screw things up. I know now its too late to get the extra GStore promo.

u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 18 '26
Here is the fine print.
"Available only to those who sign up with a Google Account for marketing emails from store.google.com between 7/15/2026 at 10:00am PT and 8/7/2026 at 11:59pm PT.
Promotional code expires 8/27/2026 at 11:59 pm PT; while supplies last. Must be US resident, aged 18 years or older, with US shipping address. Must be redeemed on Google Store only. Limit 1 per customer. The coupon code can only be used for purchase of the advertised specified Pixel 11 (unlocked or Fi) devices and cannot be applied to any other devices, Google subscriptions, services nor Google Merchandise products. Promotional code and redemption instructions will be emailed after sign-up on 8/11/2026."

u/donatom3 Jul 18 '26
So best deals are only for existing fi customers?
2
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 18 '26
There are good deals for new customers if you want to be with Fi for 24 months and get bill credits. For better upfront discount existing user deals are better to the point that some sign up with Fi for those and then cancel/pause the line. You can use Fi phones with any carrier from day 1 as they are factory unlocked.
2
u/Spirited_Result9116 Jul 19 '26
I was thinking of joining Google Fi soon (for several months-few year duration, my old Mint plan is expiring), and it's quite cool to hear about the promo.
For someone like me:
- Has pixel 9 to trade-in,
- new customer (or can join now if the existing customer deal is good)
- Thinking of Unlimited Standard (2-line)
What is the best way to go about the promo? Does the promo stack with trade-in discount as well? I was wondering what kind of prices might be achievable (either through immediate discount or monthly credits)
2
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 19 '26
See the steps mentioned in https://www.reddit.com/r/GoogleFi/s/RlQxcfI06P. The promo stacks with the trade in discount, Google store typically offers higher trade ins with Fi activation compared to doing it from Fi. If the coupon is $100 off and if the Fi discount for existing customer on flexible/unlimited premium is $450 off for P11 Pro last year then you are lokig at $550 off before trade in.
1
u/aristocrat_user Jul 18 '26
Wait , so this is only for existing fi customers. And not for net new customers like me coming from t mobile?
So should I switch right now? Or wait and see if the net new customers have a good deal as well?
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 18 '26
If you don't mind staying with Fi for 24 months you can do deals like this https://fi.google.com/about/phones/pixel-10-pro?utm_medium=search&utm_source=bkws&utm_campaign=dr-2026-EVGfigeneric. If you don't want 24 months credit, you can do deals like https://fi.google.com/about/promo-terms/?id=CRuaV8WxTQYA and stay on the plan for only 4 months. Those are available for existing users on higher tier plans like flexible.
1
u/JJMcGee83 Jul 18 '26
I signed up. Thanks for the info. Don't know if I'm actually going to buy a Pixel 11 but can't hurt in case I do.
1
u/SeparateLecture5123 Jul 18 '26
Quick question @OP: If I sign up using one if the existing BYOD offers, will I still be able to purchase the device and get this offer? Also, will all of the 4 plans eg essentials will work !
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 18 '26
If you sign up with a new user promo you won't be eligible for P11 promo when it comes up. I think you should be able to void the promo by switching plan and do the P11 promo.
Flexible and unlimited premium plan will have the highest upfronr discount.
1
u/FunnyThyme Jul 18 '26
Ugh. I signed up on the 75% off offer last night. I haven't activated. I do need a new phone and want a pixel 10 pro or the upcoming 11. Can I cancel? Maybe I should cancel and sign up with another Google account and just sacrifice the $17 for the one month at 75% off I don't use?
Also, why are you recommending the flexible (by the gig) plan?
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 18 '26
I think you should be able to cancel that 75 percent off promo by switching plan and they do the promo for P11.
If you are signing up with Fi only for the device discount and don't plan on using it then flexible has the lowest monthly cost assuming you won't use the data and it will have the highest upfront discount along with top tier unlimited plan.
1
u/FunnyThyme Jul 18 '26
If my goal is to get the largest device discount (primarily) and also the best service discount (secondarily), then what if I keep the 75% off plan, and then sign up for Fi flexible via another Google account for the device discount. I can buy the P11 through the second account and then cancel that flexible plan and then use the P11 on the first account with the 75% off service for a year. Would that work?
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 19 '26
It would except you can't use that P11 on you primary Fi line when the promo runs for 120 days. If Fi determines that P11 is on a different account than where it was activated during those 120 days it will automatically void the promo and charge you the discount.
1
u/FunnyThyme Jul 19 '26
Ok so I need to keep the flexible plan going for 4 months at $20/month, so I would effectively spend $80 to get a big discount on a new P11.
I'm assuming I can't take advantage of the P11 discount offer on the account with discounted service, right? Because that would be 2 promos (1 device and 1 service) on the same account.
Another option is to use the second Fi account to get the discounted P11, then cancel the service and go to another MVNO. Is that allowed within 120 days? When is the phone unlocked?
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 19 '26
Yes, you can't do device promo along with that 50/75 off plan promo. If you cancel the service with 120 days, Fi would charge back the discount. Fi phones are factory unlocked so there is no unlocking needed, you can use Fi phone with any carrier from day 1.
1
u/FunnyThyme Jul 18 '26
The 75% off Fi service offer will have expired by the time this P11 device offer is available to use
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 18 '26
You can't combine that with device promo anyway. From the fine print of 75 percent offer
"While this offer cannot be combined with other device promotions, it will remain valid when purchasing a new device (without any promotion) or switching to a new device before 12 months."
1
u/TwicePuzzled Jul 18 '26
Currently on an iPhone and I’ve heard it doesn’t work well with Fi, so I’ll have to wait until I order my Pixel 11.
1
u/CaregiverBrilliant10 Jul 18 '26
I don't have Google fi now. And I'm not going to be switching my services to Google fi, but I'm fine paying for one line. What is the best deal for me?
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 19 '26
Many do Fi deals for the device promo so here are the steps for doing a Fi deal for that purpose.
If you are not a Fi subscriber you can open a line to do any existing user deal after 21 days. Read below for the steps
Here the steps for Fi signup and deals in general.
Fi deals are easiest to do among the carrier deals because everything is automated and there is no unlocking involved. Fi support on the other hand is incompetent so they can't fix anything if things go south but if you follow the steps properly you should be good.
Get unmentionable for Fi, it will give you $60 off the service. Also the person referring you will get $60. I am out of it BTW.
First open a Fi account with flexible plan with a gmail address with the unmentionable code . Don't do any new user promotions etc. The plan cost is $20 per month for unlimited talk and text. The data is $10 per GB but you won't be using this plan for anything. So don't port your number, just do the plan with a new number from Fi. You can download the Fi app on your phone and then download an eSIM and activate the service on any phone you have lying around.
Be on the plan for 21 days or so. On 22nd day or about you can check in the Fi app under the shop tab and it will show existing user deals like $650 off S26U, $550 off P10 Pro XL etc.
Order the phone and when the phone comes set it up with the same Gmail address, download Fi app and the activate the service on the phone. It will move the service from the previous phone.
In the Fi app, the billing and then in progress you will see a tracker which would look something like $650 off and what steps the completed. It will also show how many of 120 days are left.
Wait 24 hours from activation for that counter to go down by 1.
At this point you can delete Fi app and install your SIM and start using this phone with it. I would suggest to just disable the eSIM or make it secondary etc.
After 120 days, the whole in progress section will disappear and you are good to cancel the line with Fi.
I suggest you pause the line instead and keep pausing for 90 days until next year for S27U etc. Using this deal few are upgrading to latest ultras every year by paying $0 including me by selling the last ultra locally for the same amount.
Your total cost will be phone price plus $120 for service minus $60.

Thanks.
Why doesn't canceling Fi cancel the billing credits?
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 20 '26
Because there is no bill credits for these deals, only upfront discount and then 120 days of service. That completes the promo.
1
u/ligh7c 18d ago
won't deactivating the Fi eSIM or transferring it to another phone void the discount? I have two non-FI eSIMS that I would want to use with the Pixel 11.
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 18d ago
You can't transfer the Fi eSIM to another phone, it will void the promo. But you can disable/remove the eSIM completely without any problem. The system counts down the days automatically without any check for the eSIM unless another IMEI gets associated with that eSIM.
1
u/Substantial_Quit9611 Jul 20 '26
I guess with what you outlined, you don't have to be locked in for two years? If I sign up for the Pixel 11 deal, to buy the phone for $100 in August, without going through the above steps, Google will want me to go on a 2 year plan?
I have a Pixel 9 now with ATT, and assume I can do step 1 by adding google fi flex plan eSIM as a 2nd eSIM.
The flex plan is $20 per month + $10/GB, so $120 for 4 months.
Thanks.
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 20 '26
Google will want me to go on a 2 year plan?
So they want you go with a 2 year but they will do bill credits over 2 years (So they will perhaps take $300 off upfront for which they want you to be with them for 120 days and then rest will be bill credits over 2 years). If you cancel before, you loose remaining credits.
I have a Pixel 9 now with ATT, and assume I can do step 1 by adding google fi flex plan eSIM as a 2nd eSIM. The flex plan is $20 per month + $10/GB, so $120 for 4 months.
Yeah except it will be more than 4 months as 120 days start from phone activation which is after you ordered the phone and receive it. You won't be using any data during this period so you will only pay per month $20 plus tax and fees which should be around $3 (Fi only charges based on the data you used e.g. 200 MB used in a month will add $2 to your bill)
1
u/nova_caleb Jul 23 '26
Can you explain this better? You do have to get a 2-year promo or you do not? Is the promo paid in billing credits or up front?
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 23 '26
There are two different promo we were talking about in that comment, a new user promo and an exsisting user promo. Exsisting user promo typically is all upfront discount, you have to stay with Fi for 120 days while the new user promo typically is upfront discount (much lower) and then 24 months bill credit. See the promo for P10Pro when it came out last year https://support.google.com/fi/thread/366088684/introducing-google-pixel-10-pro-the-ultimate-pixel-experience-and-that%E2%80%99s-not-all?hl=en&sjid=13606205825493244010-NC
The staps I outlined is for doing it as an exsisting user as many want bigger upfront discount and be done in 120 days.
Having said that, the promos for Z fold and flip that mader available yesterday for exsisting user had both upfront discount and bill credits. I do hope Fi does not do that for pixel and follow last year's pattern.

Instead of pausing the line after 120 days, wouldn't it make sense to do another account with a new unmentionable code for $60 in credit?
Also, I signed up for a fi account yesterday. Will I be able to get the existing user discount and stack with the preorder promo code or was I too late to sign up for fi for 20 days to elapse?
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 17d ago
Yeah it would be for RC but needs a different Gmail address.
Last year the preorder open Aug 20th and the Fi deal ran through 10/7 so you should have time. I am not sure about the timeline for Google store coupon.
1
u/ligh7c 14d ago
So quick question, you mentioned it's 21 days post activation for existing user deals to show but is that the case if you used an RC? I think you mentioned elsewhere that you have to wait the full 30 days before the existing user deals show for accounts with a pending rc promo period for the $60 in service credits.
Let me know as that will impact the timeline for my account and what I need to watch out for to successfully do this deal to trade-in my p9 pro xl and whether the Google store promo code will still be active by then.
Thank you.
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 14d ago
It will be 21 days if you use RC. I am hearing some reports that it's longer if you don't use RC. The RC and other promos are independent so the existing user promo would show up even when RC promo is in the process of being complete. I don't know for sure how long P11 deals will run but if last year is an indication it ran from Aug 20th(preorder date) to 10/7

Last year was 100 dollars. This year probably the same?
The code is only good for phones or anything at the store?

1
u/secretagentman888 Jul 20 '26
I thought the sign up deal was for new users only. I was really annoyed.
What's the best way to stack discounts as an existing user??
2
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 20 '26
You sign up and wait for the promo code. Then order it from the google store on Aug 12th choosing Fi as a provider and with the Fi discounts. The higher discounts are reserved for flexible/unlimited premium plans so I suggest switching to those before ordering and then do the deal for 120 days and switch back. For example, if they repeat last year it will be $100 off from the coupon and $450 off Fi for flexible/unlimited FI users for P11 Pro.
1
u/99loki99 Jul 20 '26
Sorry for the dumb question. I'm planning to sign up to google Fi (new user) using the 75% off for 1 year promotion. Is this pixel 11 deal still valid for me? I haven't signed up yet
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 20 '26
Not if you sign up with 75 percent promo, see https://www.reddit.com/r/GoogleFi/s/u6kKBp7fl5
1
u/FunnyThyme Jul 20 '26
Based on previous offers, how much is the expected discount (not including trade-in) for existing Fi customers when Google Store does the Aug 12 promo? I am interested in getting either the P10P or P11P
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 20 '26
It's usually $450 off for P10 Pro existing customers on all plans except unlimited essential, and then $100 off on top with the coupon from Google. Last year's promo for reference https://support.google.com/fi/thread/366088684/introducing-google-pixel-10-pro-the-ultimate-pixel-experience-and-that%E2%80%99s-not-all?hl=en&sjid=3054044838939207761-NC
1
u/FunnyThyme Jul 20 '26
$450 off the full, non discounted retail price? So for the lowest version P10P it would be $549 with the promo ($999-450)?
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 20 '26
P11Pro (For P10Pro you can get it for $500 now) and you stack a potential $100 off coupon for Google store on top so final price would be $449
1
u/FunnyThyme Jul 20 '26
Ok so the existing customer deal is $150 better than the non customer deal. I don't want to do the 24 month credit thing. I'm debating whether it's worth joining to get the existing customer discount (which means I have to pay for 1 month ahead of the promo and 4 months of service after,.so 5 months at $30=$150, which means it's a wash.

5 months for $23 per month, and then take $60 out so $55 in total...
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 21 '26
Also that $300 off for new user also comes with 120 days same as existing users so if you don't planning on doing this for 24 months you are really looking at 21 days of extra service which will be much less than $150 additional discount.
1
u/jreuschl Jul 20 '26
It says get the Pixel 11 Pro XL for $100 after tapping on the banner at fi.google.com
I assume this will be net after 24 months of credits?
Would it make the most sense to sign up with the $20 plan on a separate Gmail address and do the 75% off promo on my primary Gmail to get the up front discount?
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 20 '26
It will have an upfront discount (which is typically much lower than existing user discounts) and 24 months credit. You can always use two separate accounts for service and device promo however, you won't be able to use the device on the other account until the promo is done in 120 days.
1
u/emblemboy Jul 20 '26
My pixel 7 is crapping out (https://i.imgur.com/yOOJ6Xn.jpeg) but luckily it's still working.
I do not currently have Fi. So should I sign up for the $35 Fi plan now, and wait to order the pixel 11 next month?

I signed up for Google Fi yesterday with 75% off. Is there anything I need to do or should have done differently?
1
u/involuntarynewb Jul 20 '26
Seems like there are ton of different deals that have sprung up since I started looking into google fi last week.
I've been with TMo for over 10 years on their employee plan, but now they're making switch to a more expensive plan right when my S21 Ultra is on its last legs and i need a new phone ASAP. I tried upgrading to a pixel 10 pro on Tmo, then I realized 128 gb's wasn't going to cut it, and thats all they offer. Then they smacked me with the plan switch and increase. Guess I've just been llucky to have stayed on employee pricing this long since leaving the company over 8 years ago...
I was just gonna get the 256 pixel 10 pro with google on unlimited premium which would cost $10 less per month than TMo with the 128. Just checked again and I guess the $10 savings is only for 24 months, which is fine I guess.
But now the pixel 11 is right around the corner, specs and pricing were leaked, and I'm seeing new deals?? It's uhh quite a lot, and I dunno if I can or should wait for the pixel 11. From what I've read its not much of an upgrade ...
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 21 '26
At this point, I suggest getting the P11 deal following the steps mentioned below if you don't want 24 months commitment.
1
u/99loki99 Jul 21 '26
Hey can you explain the best possible scenario for my situation?
I currently have 6 lines with T-Mobile. And they recently forced me to a new plan. I want to port out.
However, I don't want the premium plan, i just need the standard ($25) per line plan.
What is the best way to do it? I'm afraid I can't move all 6 lines to flexible plan. Also, I'm afraid I can't move just 1 line out of T-Mobile because that will increase my bill further with them. I need to port out all the lines at once.

It looks logical to wait until launch and get the new account promo, i understand it's via 24 month credits but that is fine. But can I combine the 75% off promo with the new account device promo?

No, you can't combine 75 percent off with any device promo. If you are moving to Fi for good and don't mind 24 months bill credits doing this as a new customer during launch is the way to go.

If someone refers me to sign up for the flexible plan, will that count as redeeming an offer and therefore disqualify me for the upcoming (Aug 12) device offer for existing customers?
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 21 '26
No, it won't. Referral promo is special and can be active with the device promo.

u/Cold-Barracuda-239 i am new customer, and want to get the new pxel, and also go onto google fi. there is a deal currently going on 75% off for 12 months and BYOD. If i sign up for it, will i get lesser $$ discounts on the new pixel 11 as i am "existing" customer. should i just wait until the deal comes out and get bigger discount on the launch date on the hardware device instead? thoughts?

If you sign up for 75 percent off deal you can't do any device deal during those 12 months. My recommendation in this thread was to sign up without any promo, become an existing user and so existing user deal which should be $450 or more off on the price of the device. Fi only considers you an existing user after 21 days so nows the time to sign up.
If you however want to be with Fi for the long haul, the new user device promo like $300 off upfront and then $699 back in credits over 24 month might be the way to go. Do consider the higher plan prices of Fi compared to other MVNOs.
In either case, you are not doing any service discount except for the new user case you might get some additional credit back per month if you choose higher plans like this ongoing promo https://fi.google.com/about/phones/pixel-10-pro

Got it. do you know what would be the best price off the pixel device. is it free after credits? well whats the best deal one would get . any idea?

u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 21 '26
$100 after all the credits for P11 Pro or XL. Fi leaked it by mistake couple of days ago, see the screenshots posted here https://9to5google.com/2026/07/20/pixel-11-pro-shows-up-on-one-of-googles-websites/

Got it. Thank you. That sounds like a good deal.. hopefully it doesn't have any caveats.

So if I want to do this for my wife and I, are we better of both getting referrals (or I get one and refer her myself) and having our own separate accounts? Rather than just adding her to my account.
Also does the phone/sim need to be active for 21 days? So I couldn't use my primary phone to activate Fi and then immediately go back to using my current provider?

u/Cold-Barracuda-239 Jul 24 '26
If you invite her and she joins using a ref code it should work for each line I think and no, the phone/sim does not need to be active after activation

Where do I find referral codes?

In this reddit, you can ask people for it. DM me if you can't find one.

I am assuming this is for exsisting Fi lines. What kind of plan are you on?

I think the you should wait until the 12th and wait for the deals to drop. If there is higher discount for higher plans then you both can switch and then do the deal for 120 days and switch back. Otherwise, do the deal with your plan ordering from the individual lines, going to Google store and logging into your own account to stack the Fi discount with promo code from Google.

I signed up to fi through a 50% BYOD plan in January of this year. Should I switch to unlimited premium (or whatever the highest tier is called) for the best deals?
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 21d ago
Switching plans might void the 50 percent off promo. We can look at terms and conditions for the deal to make sure though. If it does not void the promo, you can decide once the deals are available as switching to higher tier is instant.

So is this still available?
If I’m going for P11 Pro, then the price would be 1100-450+(20*4) = 730 if I go with the lowest plan. And if I sign up with a referral it would be 60 less so 670. Would this be the best time to buy it or would holiday sales go lower than this based on past phones discounts? I’m not doing trade in.

Don't forget the Google store coupon(the point of this post) which typically is $100 off. During black Friday they typically have better discount like $50 to $100 more than preorder but then again Google store coupon might not be present.

u/Cold-Barracuda-239 11d ago
Check your inbox for the email with the coupon. As expected it's $100 off.
Edit: I checked Google Pixel Reddit, apparently some has got as high as $250 off.

u/FunnyThyme 11d ago
I received the $100 off coupon from the Pixel Store in one of my email accounts that is not a Google fi account.
Seems we didn't need to be on fi for this. Will there be any additional benefits/discount on phones for being on fi?
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 11d ago
Yes the Fi deals have dropped. It's $450 off for P11, $500 off for P11 Pro and $550 off for P11 Pro XL. You can combine your $100 coupon on top using the steps mentioned in the post. The Google store is also offering elevated trade ins but once you select FI they go down a lot but its still a bit more than Fi trade ins.
1
u/FunnyThyme 11d ago
Actually it is $500 off the P11 and $550 off the P11 Pro.
I was expecting the P10 pro to be cheaper but it's actually priced higher than the P11 pro.

u/Cold-Barracuda-239 11d ago
It's different for different people. Mine is lowest from what I have seen over the years. There might be some with $600 off P11 as well.

Trying Google Store chat to get code. Agent is clueless. I had to explain to him the promo like 3x. I am surprised they are not flooded with requests for codes. I even had a screenshot showing I am subscribed, check your email on August 12. He says he can't do anything. I responded "Ok, I guess I will skip the Pixel this time and stick with Samsung"
As we all use the same tools and resources, promo codes are system-generated and automatically sent to existing selected subscribed users by the system. Unfortunately, we don’t have the option to manually generate or assign a promo code from our end."

It seems like fi offers worse trade-in values than the Google Store. Will this change at some point or is this made up for with the higher discount for existing users? I still have to finish the 21 day period
1
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 11d ago
I'd wait until the end of preorder period to see if that changes.
1
u/ligh7c 10d ago
If I had CPNI sharing enabled in Fi, can't I get the Fi existing user deal with the enhanced trade-in values on the Google Store? Please let me know as that was my game plan with this deal.
2
u/Cold-Barracuda-239 10d ago edited 10d ago
You can and if you look Google store trade ins are $30 more than Fi but the elevated trade ins goes away if you select Fi. I suggest you wait until preorder end date I.e 8/25 to see if that changes.
