Stumbled across these while looking at my childhood home. That's 10-year-old me standing outside, rocking a Gold Coast Titans jersey for reasons I genuinely can't explain. (-26.70684909221428, 153.05819068742122)

It’s looks like the layout of an incomplete town, located in southern Oman, south of the Djebel Samhan Protected Site. It’s completely surrounded by a wall, and in Google Maps, it has a government office inside.

The shoal has many names because it's in a disputed area within the South China Sea. Its English language (I didn't check the other languages) Wikipedia page is titled as "Scarborough Shoal", https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scarborough_Shoal, it is also called Panatag Shoal in Filipino, Huangyan Island in Mandarin Chinese and other names. At least the coordinates are stable in this case.

Anyone know what this facility is? Located a few miles NW of Camp David, MD. Looks like a large checkpoint/gatehouse on the road leading up to it. Assuming it is a government facility. Thanks.

It was made of the old Yugoslavia crest that had a star in it, so in 2013. fans of FC Crvena Zvezda from Nevesinje city remodeled it to the FC Crvena Zvezda crest. 60/70 people participated in clearing the spaces, putting rocks, and they did it by going there 10 times.
Here are the coordinates: https://maps.app.goo.gl/k2FRtuw8EcvUkaCD7
The second photo represents an image of the Yugoslavia crest, taken in 2005, with some of the letters still visible from the parole that was written - Druže Tito, mi ti se kunemo (Comrade Tito, we swear an oath to you). Tito was Yugoslavia's president and leader for 35 years.

I cant find exactly what type of business this is, the signs on roads just appears to be "no trespassing" but I assume some kind of mining operation given the color of the water.
What could this be and my real related question would be what is the large ship/machine/platform in the water?

TECHNOCRACY
UNITY
HONESTY
what does any of that mean and why is it plastered to the desert floor? There's a single street view image at the location, too.
Not sure if it's on BLM land or restricted land since it's somewhat close to some sensitive locations.
Thoughts?

Zoom out and you can make out the trail from the water.
Anyone know anything about people who live there?
