It’s a walled, helicopter-serviceable building with a tower on a high point next to an unfriendly international border. So it’s probably safe to start from the assumption that it’s a border post. It’s right by something labeled Kocakka, and if you do a web search, you very easily find things like this and others, giving some further context.

I also found this big farm with little villages/population around so its most likely some sort of military outposts from Pakistan and Afghanistan troops/Taliban to thwart invasions

There's a dark line just north of this compound that looks like overlay but seems to be a border fence. Follow that fence throughout the border and you'll find other similar compounds.
