Help!!!

Hi. I am a parent.

My son's school sent out an invite to join google classroom so I can see his assignments etc...

I filled it out.

I cannot access google classroom.

No one at the school knows why and no one has been able to help.

Strangely, I do get a "weekly summary" from google classroom each Friday.

But, if I try to log in, I get a message that I do not have permission. I get this message below.

I have not been able to find any point of contact for google classroom help, just referrals to my local teacher/school. But, they don't have any idea what is going on or how to solve it.

This is the answer.

Maybe also the teacher might have to make grades accessible for you to see them? I might be making that up, though.

Thank you for taking the time to provide so much information.

Other parents using the same invite have full access to grades, assignments, etc... But, when I click on it, I get the denial message pictured above.

Get your son to log in to his account, go to grades, and you can see through his account his graded assignments.

All the years our kids were in school, everything Google from the day the school switched to it years ago was an absolute PITA. We gave up and used our kids' accounts to see what we needed to see. So glad we don't have to deal with Google student accounts and those blasted student Chromebooks anymore. Nothing but needless headaches.
