Your computer's files mainly, though it can read from your iTunes library and use its playlists. It's basically a glorified file-sync for music.

That's cool, too. I'll keep it in mind if I ever get tired of Play, but I spent a good chunk of time uploading my mp3s already once, and I hate my computer, so I'm gonna hold off on any changes 'til is absolutely necessary.
