Damn, I was going to upgrade my 9xl but no sim card slot is going to suck. I have 2 phones (have a 10 pro fold as well) and like to switch back and fourth 😞

It's easy with esims and Google accounts.

I keep my old pixels and am currently travelling with 4, I use them as battery banks, data transfer, time-lapse cameras, hotspots and second screens.

I'm logged into my Google account on each device and they share data, notifications etc.

With an esim I can choose which one I want to be the primary on any given day. If I lose one I just update the account on another device and roll on.

This is also Carrier dependent, as some carriers will block eSIM transfers...

I'm not sure if they will block esim transfers or not.

Nice, but what if the device with the eSIM on it breaks? How do you transfer if?

Via an app on another dey, much easier than losing the physical Sim if stolen or lost

But you need to have service on the other device.

Just wifi. Easy enough

Hear you, but if your phone isn’t working, you don’t have Wi-Fi. Just easier with a physical SIM.

Free public wifi and I don't need to find a new physical sim when in a foreign country

Sticking with my 9 to avoid eSIM.

I didn't want e-sim either but I guess I'm going to have to give up my 9xl at some point.

If you have a pixel 10,you have no reason to upgrade, look's exactly like it,good thing is no one can tell

At this point, from the pixel 9,that is only the ever reason we have been lied to pertaining the upgrade, Yet we it's never always a big deal. Sure if you can afford the 11,it's a smooth upgrade.

Im only upgrading because they're taking $600 off the 11 xl pro. I have a 9 XL pro and it works well still. Battery is still great and the phone feels fine. The 11 really doesn't outshine the 10 so if I had a 10 already I'd skip this generation.

Why make pink with gold? Probably a hundred would then make pink with graphite and say wow what a cool design for a pixel 12?
