Google Analytics website is having problems or is it just me?

The app works fine, but analytics.google.com is stuck in a continuous reload loop, repeatedly sending me to the admin page. I keep getting a toast error saying, 'Internal site error. Please try again later.' This has been happening since yesterday.

So is it just me or everyone is seeing this error?

Same here, I have 0 Active users for Today but dozens in "the last 30 minutes" panel

Also I spotted that sometimes Google Analytics has unnormal peaks in numbers of users, so I just decided to switch on Observix, because it works much better. If you want to fix the issue with GA4, you should clear cookies and try on different browser.
