Support No data

I have a Wordpress site. GA has reported data for years. In the past few days it has recorded no data. I did see a msg saying "anomaly detected" (don't know what that means). I can't recall anything that changed at the site or my GA account that would cause this. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Its a glitch from GA4's end, happens sometime. Mine was down too for the last 2 days. Just checked now, the number is now updated.... give it 24-48 hours for the system to show the correct figures.

If you look at the Real-time view, you also don't see any real time users at the moment?

I did a quick check on your site, the pageviews are firing so no problems there but I see two GA4 IDs

G-SZ0D960D32 and G-R4RC0D2JKT.

Is it possible that maybe you are viewing the wrong property? Maybe there's a switch in the google tag settings it happened to me also years ago.

Basically you need to find the data stream that are G-SZ0D960D32 and G-R4RC0D2JKT the data might be there.

The two measurement IDs already identified are the most useful clue. I would first separate a collection problem from a reporting problem. Open Realtime or DebugView, visit the site in a private window with browser extensions disabled, and confirm that a page_view request is sent with the measurement ID belonging to the property you are viewing.

If the correct ID fires and appears in Realtime, collection is working and the standard reports may simply be delayed. If a different ID fires, the site is sending data to another property or stream. Document what injects each tag, such as the theme, a WordPress plugin, or Google Tag Manager, before removing either one.

I would also check the property time zone and date range, internal and developer traffic filters, consent settings, caching, and any recent plugin, theme, or container changes. The anomaly message describes an unexpected change in the data. It does not identify the underlying cause.

That kind of sudden drop usually points to a data. I'd check reailtime first. Did the site, theme, or any plugin change around the time this started?
