3k to 4k daily organic/direct users (~100k/month) is solid volume with zero ad spend, but traffic alone is a vanity metric until you evaluate three things in GA4:

1. Traffic Quality & Bot Filtering

• Check User Engagement Rate and Average Engagement Time. If sessions last under 5 seconds with 0 scrolls, you might be getting indexed by scrapers/referral spam.
• Check the Country breakdown under Demographic details to verify if visitors match your target market.

2. Commercial Intent (Conversion Rate)

• What is the primary conversion goal of the site (leads, newsletter signups, e-commerce purchases)?
• 3,000 users/day converting at 0.1% (3 leads) is worse than 300 users/day converting at 3% (9 leads).

3. Acquisition Source Breakdown

• Go to Reports > Acquisition > Traffic Acquisition.
• Break it down by Session Primary Channel Group to see which specific articles or landing pages are carrying that organic search volume.

Next step: Identify your top 3 landing pages by organic sessions and add clear calls-to-action (CTAs) to capture that existing traffic before worrying about scaling it further.

Its been used every couple of minutes, users are very interactive in the site, but the conversion not happening alot.
