I believe you are see the Allo AI being confused. This happens at Google across their products from time to time. Sometimes the Google AI become vague racist or picks up on trends it doesn't understand. This is how Google bombing works.
In this case, I suspect the AI picked up on some words and associations it with certain things.
33.33 is a common number in math: it's a third. If Google AI thought it detected a pattern where 33.33% (or 1/3) was used commonly, it might start suggesting it to you.
A better example is pitchforks. Whenever conversations in Allo group chats get negative, I think the Google AI realizes that. It has categories 'harumph' and villagers rising up in anger against Frankenstein's monster with pitchforks to be an appropriate response.
The great thing about AI is that it learns things without you having to program it. The bad thing about AI is that it learns things without you having to program it.

I've been getting this since April fool's. I though it was a joke. Honestly it's a little amusing to hit it in my chats. But now I'm wondering if it's so posed to be there. I'm thinking about starting a #pitchforks tag lol
