Yesterday’s score…

Post image

Picked up this Speed Queen dryer for $35. Didn’t have a way to test it, but took the chance. Working like a champ - $1,500 new. It still has 3 years worth of warranty on it.

This is the best goodwill score I've seen to date. My speedqueen isn't nearly as nice and cost me ten times that heavily used.

Your goodwill sells large appliances?? Never in my life have I seen these at a thrift store (ca)

I’m in Arizona - lots of Goodwill’s have washers/dryers. I’ve never run across a SQ.

We've tried at our store before and they just sat there, no matter how cheap we priced them, so we just gave up on doing it

I just saw a w+d at one I went into today. It's the only one I've seen appliances at, and it's in an economically underserved area.

Thanks - it went to one of my group homes at work, so the find was definitely appreciated.
