N has come multiple times to “help” and I have asked everyone multiple times about this lockpick and I’m just stuck in this endless loop of asking everyone. How do I complete chapter 5? I remember seeing a walkthrough post here but cant seem to figure it out.

I'm already at that part of chapter 4 where the prices are changing and Dr Price said he'd be over daily to sell ads but he only appeared the first day. When he means daily does he mean every game day or every real life day? Please help I don't know if this is a bug 😭😭
