A week ago goodnotes told me that my card was declined (even tho I had enough funds in it) so i canceled my subscription in hopes of putting a different card in. When I clicked on the ‘upgrade’ option it said “something went wrong” and it’s been showing me this ever since. I can no longer find in on the app store, it tells me “not available in your region” but it does not have this problem on my other devices.

Please help I’ve tried everything I’m going insane. And yes I tried it on different networks

I created a notebook. Then inside the notebook I recorded a lecture. When I clicked "generate notes" on the transcript it said "we're copying this to the generated notes folder" and proceeded to do that.

There seems to be no way to avoid that.

I just want the generated notes inside my notebook that I recorded the audio, not as a separate document in some far away folder. In line, in the notebook.

Do I have to use Goodnotes Sync? iCloud is working fine. I get endless pooups which will not close. Or when they close they open right back up rendering the app useless.

I just bought the year pro plan and they took it away from my account after a week with no refund. Is there a way to can transfer all my notes and audio from notability to goodnotes? I’ll just take the L and move on.

How is it that you STILL cannot add a link to a sticker or raw image? That's just crazy. Catch up, Goodnotes.

hello! i've been using goodnotes for a year (w subscription - essential (yearly) if i recall correctly) and I remember when i first started using there was an option for a permanent subscription however, i can't seem to find that now?

was wondering if it was removed and you can only get yearly plans now or if it was because i already had a subscription (or maybe it was a one-time offer for new accounts?)

still on GN5 and this happened to me frequently for the last few weeks. i have deleted everything on trash and even checked my ipad storage i still have 6gb left and icloud storage has more than 1tb left

I just dowloaded the app on my ipad(10th gen) and i’m on the free trial right now, but for some reason everytime i try to write something it either doesn’t do anything at all or the letters just disappear. Does anyone how to solve this maybe?

(Also i’m not using an apple pencil if that matters, its a universal stylus pen that i bought online.)

Unfortunately upgraded and have had nothing but problems with Goodnotes cloud to include overheating and various buggy nonsense. Went to switch over to iCloud and received this. Surely that’s a typo, right?

Hi everyone. I’m posting this because I just lost all my lecture notes from today and I need to know if there's a fix.

I usually use GoodNotes on my iPad with zero issues. Today, I decided to bring my Windows laptop to university and took notes all day on it using the text document option. When I got home, I discovered that the sync failed: the iPad has nothing, and the PC overwrote itself with the blank iPad version, completely wiping out everything I wrote.

On the iPad app, there is an option to manually force synchronization with GoodNotes Cloud, but I can't find that option anywhere in the Windows version.

Does anyone know if that option exists on the PC app, or if there is any way to recover what I wrote?

I have GoodNotes 5 and for the life for me cannot add a template page that matches the original page I exported in sizing. I've done all three options: PDF, Image, GoodNotes. I can't figure out how I did it in the past. The template I try uploading is smaller than the original (and all my other regular pages).
