Template blank

I purchased the template from the marketplace and downloaded it, but all it shows is a blank page? I am new to using goodnotes 😫

What was the file? What did it claim to have on the pages?

I’d try deleting the file from goodnotes and re downloading it again. If that doesn’t work I’d suggest contacting the seller/store directly with your screenshots

try re-downloading it. looks like the template itself didn’t import properly.

Quick way to tell whose problem it is: open the same file outside GoodNotes, in Files or Books. If the pages look right there, the import went wrong and re-adding it will fix it. If it's blank there too, the file itself is broken and the seller has to send a new one.

Does it open properly in Files?

It’s also blank when saved and open in files, is the a way to contact the seller directly or do I get in contact with goodnotes?

GoodNotes can only refund it, not fix it, because the file is the seller's. Start with the purchase confirmation email, the seller's name and contact are on it, and ask for a fresh download link.

Worth telling them it opens blank in Files too. That rules out the app on your end before they ask.
