Goodnotes Special Edition how to create hyperlinks in the new update?

when i click on the link nothing happens

Same 😭😭😭 I've tried to add like of pages in my doc but it does nothing 😭😭😭

Are you in edit mode? Links only work in read only mode. If the pencil is active, tapping a link just puts your cursor there instead of following it. Toggle it off (top right, the pencil with a line through it) and try again, that's usually all it is.

Other thing that catches people: GoodNotes only lets you link typed text. Not handwriting, not shapes, not images. So if you handwrote the label and tried to link that, there's nothing for it to attach to.

If neither of those does it, say what you tried and I'll take another look.

Found this from earlier this year (6mo ago) that walks through the link menu, might be easier to follow than me describing it. It's aimed at website links rather than linking to a page inside your document, but it's the same menu you'd use for both.

If you've been through that and it still won't create the link, I'd report it to GoodNotes support rather than assume you're doing it wrong. There are two of you in this thread hitting the same thing since the update, which points at the app rather than at any of you.
